This page explains how to permanently delete your Hunter Reborn account and the data associated with it. Hunter Reborn is operated by Mažoji bendrija FARO applications.
This page does not delete anything on its own.To protect every hunter's account, a deletion only ever happens after we confirm it is really you — either because you are signed in on your own device, or because your request is verified against your account email. No one can delete someone else's account by submitting their address here.
Option 1 — Delete it in the app (fastest)
If you still have the app installed, this is the quickest and most secure route, because you are already signed in:
- Open Hunter Reborn and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm at the two prompts.
Your account is deleted immediately. Because the request comes from your own signed-in session, it can only ever remove your account.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us and we will delete your account for you:
To stop anyone from deleting an account that isn't theirs, we verify every email request before acting on it: send the request from the email address on the account, or reply to our confirmation message from that address. We do not act on requests we cannot verify. We complete verified requests within 30 days, and normally much sooner.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes it from our active systems, including:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile, Hunter Rank, class, level, and pillar scores
- Your workout logs, sets, personal records, and body-weight history
- Your GPS run history and routes
- Your streaks, quests, achievements, and campaign progress
- Your uploaded profile avatar
- Any linked health-data connection (e.g. Oura), and the daily sleep / heart-rate / step metrics synced for your Health score
This action is immediate and permanent and cannot be undone. Residual copies present in our encrypted backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and are fully purged within 30 days.
About your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a Hunter Reborn subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so you must cancel separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
